Tentis is a design studio based in El Salvador committed to the promotion of cultural identity and heritage inspired by oral traditions of Salvadoran and Central American people -- and their legends. With the help of Salvadoran artisans, Tentis recreates the characters of these folk tales in material form introducing new generations to their culture and its rich heritage.

The selection of Tentis characters we offer are not toys as some of them have small parts which could become detached and are not suitable for children less than 12 years old.  Tentis does offer a new series that is suitable for children.  Please visit their website for more details on their series for children.
